LOGAN, UTAH, January 19, 2007 – Autonomous Solutions, Inc., (ASI), a designer and manufacturer of unmanned vehicle systems, software, and components for industrial and military clients, today announced the U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) has issued its first order for several pre-production units of Autonomous Solutions’ Spector under vehicle inspection robot. Spector is a small robotic vehicle designed to perform under-vehicle visual inspections for explosives, weapons, or other contraband while keeping human inspectors out of harm’s way. It is intended for use at roadside, embassy, border, and other secure location checkpoints.

LOGAN, Utah — October 3, 2006 —
Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) announced today that they have been awarded a
$1 million Track A contract to participate in DARPA’s 2007 Urban
Challenge. Out of over 60 proposals from
robotic systems developers world wide, ASI is one of only 11 winners of DARPA
funding to enter a vehicle in what has been dubbed “The Great Robot Race”. ASI is the prime contractor on a team that
includes Sarnoff Corporation, DeVivo Automated Systems Technology, and even a
division of NASA’s Marshall
Space Flight
Center.
