Marketing Genius Needed at Growing Robotics Company

Autonomous Solutions Inc. (ASI) is a growing company in one of the most exciting industries - Robotics!  We specialize in automating vehicles of all sorts and sizes, from small Explosive Ordinance Disposal Robots to 100-ton mining trucks and everything in between.  ASI currently has products in the mining, automotive test, and agricultural industries, as well as offerings for various governments and militaries.  ASI sells products across the globe, from Singapore to South Africa, and is looking to expand sales both nationally and internationally.

Job Description

ASI is looking for a motivated, self-starting marketing genius to help take ASI to the next level!  We need someone who is passionate about increasing awareness and sales in current markets, as well as developing new ones!

Hours

  • 20 hrs/week (Part Time)
  • Flexible Schedule

Roles & responsibilities

  • Select and manage external web, graphics, and trade-show contractors as necessary
  • Direct advertising and promotional campaigns, including selection of advertising venues (print and electronic), ad design and execution, and results tracking
  • Generate content for blog articles and press releases, identify and work with industry trade publications and tech-blogs to place articles and press releases
  • Manage trade shows and conferences: booth selection, booth material generation, arrangements for on-site installation/take-down, results tracking
  • Direct the generation of brochures and other marketing materials
  • Develop and track marketing budget
  • Shoot and edit promotional video clips for website and tradeshows

Requirements

  • Marketing or Advertising Student or Graduate
  • Skills:
    • Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software
    • Good writing skills (We'd like to read a sample)
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Willing to travel at least 1-3 weeks out of the year (to tradeshows etc.)

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketing/promotions, especially in B2B or industrial hardware
  • Exposure to mining, agriculture, or military industries
  • 3D-Studio Max, or other 3D program
